We never store your payment card details. We use Stripe to process our payments, which is the most secure payments platform that exists and is used by many of the most famous internet companies such as Netflix or Booking.com. Your payment will be carried out through Stripe and neither they nor we will save any of the payment details.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or refunds?
All our customers enjoy a 100% satisfaction guarantee during the first seven (7) days after their purchase. If a customer is not satisfied for whatever reason, we refund the full amount paid. It is not necessary to provide any reason, simply let us know through the contact page that you are not satisfied. In order to improve, we always ask for voluntary feedback. Please do not abuse this policy.
