Why haven’t I received the results?
If more than ten (10) minutes have elapsed without receiving the results in your inbox, there are several possibilities. 1. Check your spam folder.2. You could have introduced your email wrong, in that case contact support.3. Due to the weight of the files, sometimes email providers reject them, so please contact support in that case too.
There is a misspelling, can you fix it?
Yes, if there was some kind of misspelling in the certificate or reports, or you need to change how the full name is displayed, let us know through the contact page and we will send you as soon as possible the modified version.
